Kelly Burns has a passion for insurance and customer service. As an Account Manager Assistant, she processes documents, expedites certificates, makes changes to policies, helps with billing questions, and handles customer service.
Kelly graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland, with a BA in Psychology and Art. She currently holds a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and a Certified Insurance Service Representative Elite (CISR Elite) designation.
